Cook the Gardein Fishless Fillets

Prep the Remoulade Sauce
- In a small bowl, whisk together the vegan mayo, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and lemon juice. Adjust seasoning to taste and set aside.
Assemble the Coleslaw
- Ingredients for the Coleslaw:1 bag of pre-cut deli coleslaw mix (16 oz) 1/2 cup vegan ranch dressing1 tsp lemon juiceOptional: 1 tsp smoked paprika or dill (for extra flavor)
- Instructions for Coleslaw:In a large bowl, toss the coleslaw mix with vegan ranch dressing.Add the lemon juice and any optional seasonings (smoked paprika or dill).Mix well and let sit for 5-10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Toast the Bread
- Slice the French rolls in half . Lightly toast them in the oven, air fryer, or on a skillet for 2-3 minutes.
Assemble the Sandwiches
- Spread a generous layer of remoulade sauce on both sides of the toasted bread.Add a handful of the prepared vegan coleslaw to the bottom half of the roll.Layer the shredded lettuce, tomato slices, red onion, and pickles on top of the coleslaw.Add 1-2 crispy Gardein Fishless Fillets on top, then close the sandwich.
